Even if you pay by credit card, you must provide your credit card number for each purchase. As an additional security measure, no confidential data is stored on our server.

ONLINE CABINETS COLLECTION, PANELS, MOLDINGS, FILLERS AND COUNTERS
All cabinets, panels, moldings and countertops are considered final sales. These products are neither exchangeable nor refundable. If however, a defect is revealed during the inspection of the order, you need to contact our service department within 48 hours of the pickup or delivery of your order.
WEB BOUTIQUE ARTICLES
If the item you received is defective, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery to plan an exchange or refund of the item. The receipt of the item and its original packaging are required for any exchange or refund. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase to apply the warranties on products. Armoires Cuisines Action will not pay the shipping fees of any returned item. Please note that any modified or used item cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.

Our shipping charges are based on the delivery method, size, weight, as well as the delivery destination. Add articles to your shopping cart and enter your postal code to calculate your shipping charge.

You can request a specific delivery date during payment in the box Required date. Armoires Cuisines Action will do everything possible to fulfill the selected date. However, because the transit time and the order destination are key factors, our delivery department will confirm you the specific date and time window by phone or email.

Generally shipped within 2-5 days after order confirmation. However, if an article need a longer time frame delivery, you will see it in the item description.
You can pick up your online order at the Boucherville or Laval branch, however a maximum of cabinets order will be allowed. You can also pick up your order at the service counter at the Ste-Sabine factory if you have less than 10 cabinets. The pickup needs to be done during the business hours. Please note that you will have to inspect your order on the spot by unpacking and repackaging it and pictures will be taken. Following the inspection, you will have to sign the approval form certifying that your order is complete, compliant and without errors.

Yes, you will need the following items when picking up your order: the order number or proof of purchase and a valid ID with photo.
If you authorize someone else to pick up your order, you must transfer him the proof of purchase and send us a consent email with the name of this person. The authorize person must present a valid ID with photo too.

If a defect is revealed during the inspection of the order, you need to contact our service department within 48 hours of the pickup or delivery of your order.
You must plan to come with a vehicle spacious enough to place your order because they are preassembled cabinets.
Be accompanied by another person to help you transport the cabinets, because the staff on site will not be able to help you transport your cabinets.
You must pick up your order during opening hours and within 5 days of the arrival of the order to the branch otherwise the order will be returned to the factory.
You can return or exchange only the web store accessories (waste bins, storage accessories, etc.) at the Boucherville branch. All products from the online cabinets collection of Armoires Cuisines Action are considered a final sale. These products cannot be exchangeable or refunded. Our designers will evaluate all the factors and inform you on the "pros" and "cons" of each of your choices. You will be sure to have an optimized kitchen that resembles you and that will give you complete satisfaction. The choice of cabinets, counters, layout of materials, ergonomics and considering your needs are factors that must be considered. Our designers will be happy to accompany you in your choices.

All the products in the online cabinets collection are designed to offer you a quick installation thanks to the already assembled cabinets. With fast manufacturing time frame, your project will take shape quickly! The range of products is presented in the Designer 3D and offers you what you need to complete your kitchen, bathroom or laundry. Access the web store to shop among many accessories and our complete selection of hardware.
Armoires Cuisines Action warranty include a free 25-year warranty against all manufacturing defects for all melamine cabinets.
We offer an exclusive limited warranty of five years for manufacturing defects from the date of the purchase of the following parts only: doors, drawer fronts, interior accessories and moldings. Subject to exclusions mentioned in the section provided for this purpose in our document Warranty and Service Guide.
All the cabinets from the online cabinets collection can be manufactured within 35 business days. The manufacturing time starts from the day after the order confirmation.
The expected date of manufacture is not guaranteed, but we will do everything in our power to respect it. Armoires Cuisines Action is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from delay or non-performance of the manufacture, delivery and/or installation of the merchandise. In the case of a holiday or situation beyond our control, manufacturing may be delayed.
Delivery times of 1 to 10 business days needs to be expected after the manufacturing times.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to order custom cabinets because the online cabinets are part of special determined collection – that allows us to have a quicker manufacturing and delivery time frame.
Our laminated countertops are pre-cut slab – 6’ long for the bathroom and 8’ length for the kitchen. The client must cut him-self the counter slab to obtain the desired size and cover the edges with the included Laminate End Cap Kit.
