Manufacturing policy
EXTENDED MANUFACTURING DELAY : due to high demand, our manufacturing delay is extended. The official date of your delivery/pick-up will be communicated to you by email when the production will be launch.
In normal situations, orders for melamine cabinets from the online cabinets collection of Armoires Cuisines Action can be manufactured within 5 business days. In terms of thermoplastic cabinet orders, the minimum turnaround time is 35 business days. In the case of a holiday or situation beyond our control, manufacturing may be delayed. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
The manufacturing time starts from the day after the order confirmation. The order should be ready to be picked up or delivered the day after its manufacture. The expected date of manufacture is not guaranteed, but we will do everything in our power to respect it. Armoires Cuisines Action is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from delay or non-performance of the manufacture, delivery and/or installation of the merchandise.
Delivery and pickup policy
We offer delivery in most regions of Quebec. Delivery times are only estimated. In most cases, orders are shipped within two business days of order confirmation. The delivery to the different showroom are made on Tuesday and Thursday of each week.
In the case of a public holiday, deliveries may be delayed. For more specific timelines, please refer to the shipping information in your shopping cart when placing your order.
Armoires Cuisines Action relies on the information provided when placing your order. Only accurate, up-to-date and complete information will ensure an adequate delivery of your order and will save you additional costs or delays. If you want to change the shipping address after payment for your order, please contact Armoires Cuisines Action.
- The signatory of the contract or an adult replacing him/her designated in writing by the signatory is present on site, with authorization to sign the necessary documents.
- The security of the site:
- Stairs are cleared from snow and ice
- Unfilled metal stairs must be stabilized with 2 x 6 beams
- Landings and balconies equipped with guardrails
- Restrict the site’s access to ensure children and pets’ safety
- Accessibility to the site. Verify that:
- The street number is written and visible
- A 10-foot alley giving access to the site it cleared (note that delivery trucks are 32 feet long semitrailers)
- The main entrance must be clear from any obstacle within 8 feet, with no scaffolding, containers, etc.
- Supplier coordination:
- To prevent other subcontractors’ traffic on site.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON DELIVERY
1. Delivery : is usually made in two distinct steps on the same day. The first delivery is for cabinet modules and the second one is for the laminated countertops. The countertop delivery is directly made by our suppliers.
2. Delivery conditions : if any the conditions mentioned above is not fulfilled in the delivery, Armoires Cuisines Action will have to postpone the installation date and a $500 fee, representing travel costs and labour force, may apply. If the site is not accessible and the deliverer need to wait until they get access, $150/h charge will then apply.
3. Moving furniture : our delivery drivers are trained to make the delivery of the items cited in your contract. Upon their arrival on site, if our delivery driver notices that furniture, appliances, or other needs to be moved, and that nobody else is available to do it, he will have to refuse to do it. Indeed, the moving of furniture and appliance requires particular precautions for which, contrarily to our staff, professional movers are specifically trained and have appropriate equipment. Damage could therefore happen to your property if moved by our delivery team. Furthermore, the moving of furniture or appliances can cause risks associated to safety and health. A $500 fee mentioned in paragraph 2 could apply as well if the delivery has to be postponed.
For products from the online cabinets collection of Armoires Cuisines Action
Free pickup at the factory
This type of pickup is only allowed for orders of ten (10) cabinets/counter and less. If the order exceeds this limit, Armoires Cuisines Action reserves the right to refuse to offer this service. You will then have to choose another type of delivery and pay the related fees.
You will received a call from the delivery-installation department the day before pick-up. You must pick up your order during business hours by going to the service counter at the back of the plant.
You will have to sign the approbation form that conforms your order. Come with a vehicle that is large enough (the cabinets are very large). Come with another person to help carry the cabinets (the cabinets are heavy). Note that the staff cannot help you carry your cabinets.
Pickup at the Boucherville branch
This type of pickup is only allowed for orders of five (5) cabinets/counter and less. If the order exceeds this limit, Armoires Cuisines Action reserves the right to refuse to offer this service. You will then have to choose another type of delivery and pay the related fees. You must pick up your order during opening hours and within 5 days of the arrival of the order to Boucherville otherwise the order will be returned to the factory.
You will be informed by email when your order has arrived to the location.
You will have to sign the approbation form that conforms your order. Come with a vehicle that is large enough (the cabinets are very large). Come with another person to help carry the cabinets (the cabinets are heavy). Note that the staff cannot help you carry your cabinets.
Pickup at the Laval branch
This type of pickup is only allowed for orders of ten (10) cabinets/counter and less. If the order exceeds this limit, Kitchen Cabinets Action reserves the right to refuse to offer this service. You will then have to choose another type of delivery and pay the related fees. You must pick up your order during opening hours and within 5 days of the arrival of the order to Laval otherwise the order will be returned to the factory.
You will be informed by email when your order has arrived to the location.
You will have to sign the approbation form that conforms your order. Come with a vehicle that is large enough (the cabinets are very large). Come with another person to help carry the cabinets (the cabinets are heavy). Note that the staff cannot help you carry your cabinets.
Home delivery ($)
The expected delivery date is not guaranteed, but we will do everything we can to respect it. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date.
Please note that you must be available to receive your order between 7 AM and 9 PM on the day of delivery. To help you, we will give you a shorter time slot the day before or the morning of delivery.
Before delivery, please make sure that the building where you live is safely accessible and that the elevators have been reserved if necessary to proceed with the delivery. If the order can not be delivered, delivery charges will apply again and you may also be charged storage fees.
An adult must be present to receive the goods. You must sign the proof of delivery indicating that you have received your order. Inspect the items received to make sure the order is complete. If you notice an item is damaged or missing, mark it on the proof of delivery and contact Armoires Cuisines Action within 48 hr.
For accessories, hardware and small items from the online store
Free pickup at the factory
You will received a call from the delivery-installation department the day before pick-up. You must pick up your order during business hours by going to the service counter at the back of the plant. You will have to sign a delivery note stating that you have received your order.
Pickup at the Boucherville or Laval branches
You must pick up your order during business hours and within 5 days of the arrival of the order at the branch otherwise the order will be returned to the factory. Introduce yourself at the reception. You will have to sign a delivery note stating that you have received your order.
Parcel sent by Canada Post($)
The expected delivery date is not guaranteed. You will receive a Canada Post tracking number by email when your order leaves our factory. If you have not been available at the time of Canada Post's delivery attempt, the delivery person will give you a notice of how to take possession of your order. If you do not pick up your order within 20 days of filing the notice, Canada Post will return the order to Armoires Cuisines Action.
For all types of problems with your order, please see the return policy of Armoires Cuisines Action. If you miss delivery, please contact Armoires Cuisines Action. Delivery charges will be billed again. If unpredictable events occur such difficult weather conditions, we will do everything possible to deliver the order within the scheduled time.
Return policy
ONLINE CABINETS COLLECTION, PANELS, MOLDINGS, FILLERS AND COUNTERS
All cabinets, panels, moldings and countertops are considered final sales. These products are neither exchangeable nor refundable. If you notice an item is damaged or missing, mark it on the proof of delivery and contact Armoires Cuisines Action within 48 hr. If the 48 hr delay is not respected, you will be charged with the services fees.
WEB BOUTIQUE ARTICLES
If the item you received is defective, please contact us within 10 days of the date of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund of the item. The receipt of the item and its original packaging are required for any exchange or refund. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase to claim product warranties. Armoires Cuisines Action will not pay any shipping charges for any returned item. Note that any item that is modified or used can not be returned or exchanged.

AUTO-INSTALLATION
Important warning
Auto-installation characterized by any installation performed by any individual other than an Armoires Cuisines Action’s employee.
Upon delivery
It is important to take note that upon delivery, you have the responsibility to unwrap and verify your order with the delivery staff. You must then sign the approval grid in order to confirm that you received all of the ordered material in good condition. If the approval grid is not signed or if the merchandise has not been unwrapped, we will assume that everything is perfect. Any breaking, defect, or service claim following this will be handled as follows: If, following the installation and signature of the approval grid, you request that one of our inspectors goes to your house to assess a defect non-visible on a picture, a $250 fee will be billed to you and payable prior to booking the appointment.
Implementation of the Armoires Cuisines Action’s warranty
In case of auto-installation, the warranty included in this Guide is applicable for the same duration, excluding the 1-year warranty on the labour.
Warranty exceptions
No auto-installation is covered by this warranty since the tasks have been performed by someone other than an Armoires Cuisines Action’s employee. As for the parts, the exceptions and maintenance guidelines explained in this Guide are covered in case of an auto-installation. However, a part that is damaged during an improper installation will not be covered.
In case of a defect on a product that is covered by the warranty
If a part has to be repaired or replaced when auto-installed, Armoires Cuisines Action will commit to assume only the cost of said part. The buyer will be responsible for the reparations or replacement at his own expense. The conditions of implementation included in this pamphlet are applicable in case of auto-installation.
